Mega Man 11 is the best platformer in decades. The controls are smooth, the gameplay is crisp and Rush is adorable.
This video shows gameplay of all the Mega Man 11 boss battles vs all Robot Masters, showing each of their weaknesses on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC in HD 1080p 60 fps with no.
But completing all eight stages and beating every boss can be a bit of a challenge. Even on Newcomer difficulty, some of the stages can be downright impossible to get through if you don't have the right abilities. Knowing which stage to do before the others comes with practice, and Mega Man 11 is the sort of game you should play through multiple times.
If you don't have the energy or free time to rush through each mode dozens of times, here's a solid strategy to beat all the bosses.Blast Man- By far, this is the most important boss to beat first. The bomb blast ability deals insane amounts of damage when paired with the power boost. The giant bomb takes out every miniboss in a couple of hits, and can even take down a few of the robot masters on its own.The Blast Man fight isn't too difficult: he'll jump into the air, throwing a semicircle of bombs your way. Slowing down time allows you to dodge them with ease. He'll also chuck four cluster bombs that will follow you if you get close enough, but they are easy enough to dodge.
Total Domination: Reborn brings the popular Sci-Fi MMO RTS to Android as a standalone game, with all the familiar strategy, adventure and epic Multiplayer action that comes with it. After decades of plagues and nuclear warfare, the human race is facing its greatest enemy yet - a rogue Artificial Intelligence hell-bent on destroying every last human from the face of the earth. Total Domination It has been centuries since humanity returned to Earth and decades since pandemic and civil war reduced the world to ashes. In order to survive on the Wastelands, you must struggle for dominance by battling the warring clans that rule the wastes and join forces against a sinister Artificial Intelligence that threatens to make our extinction complete. Total domination reborn strategy.
Once he gets power boosted, he'll throw bigger bombs, which can also be evaded with the slow gear.Impact Man- Now that you have the bombs, it's time to enhance the Blue Bomber's mobility. This level is one of the easiest to complete without the Newcomer bird flying you out of pits.
You'll need Rush to get over a few of the more challenging cliffs, but this shouldn't be a problem. The robot master fight is pretty straightforward. He'll telegraph his attacks well ahead of time, so you can dodge his wall attacks by using your time gear. IM will transform a couple of times, first into a piledriver that slams explosive nails into the ground. Then, he'll turn into a trio of machines that dash around the screen.
Finally, his power boost turns him into a giant machine that will do anything to end your life. Just manage your speed and power gears, whittling away his life bar with boosted bombs while dodging with speed when needed, and you'll take him out.Tundra Man- Take on the icey boss next to snag his overwhelmingly strong abilities, which allow you to clear out all surrounding enemies, including those on pesky cliffs you normally couldn't reach. His level is all icey danger, so if you're on Newcomer and can afford to use your powers, flying through the stage with Impact Man's ability is super gratifying. Be cautious of slippery slopes and make sure to use Rush whenever possible to bounce over obstacles. The boss fight is simple if you have Blast Man's bombs. He doesn't have much of a dodge ability, so a few powered-up bombs will end his dancing career.Torch Man- This level becomes less of a challenge when you have Tundra Man's icey wave.
You can freeze the flames that chase you down, destroy the pilot fires on top of certain enemies and just deal a ton of damage. Keep in mind that whenever you see an owl with a lantern, killing it will turn the screen completely black. Not knowing where you are in Mega Man 11 is bad news.Torch Man is one of the more straightforward robot masters to defeat.
He will shoot Hadouken fireballs in threes, which the double gear system can help you avoid. He will then jump into the air and do a Caption Falcon kick downward, trying to melt off your face. Get him down to half health and his power gear activates, giving him stronger fireballs and kicks. He will jump into the air off-screen and slam back down to earth, but you should be able to see where he's going to land and get out of the way.Once he's dead, you're halfway through all the robot masters and you'll unlock a crucial new ability for Rush. By pressing the circle button, your dog will glide you through the stage.Acid Man- Fly across the stage on Rush's back, avoiding the toxic ooze coming out of the needle machines. There's nothing too crazy about this one, though the mini boss can be a bit troublesome. Just make sure to destroy that machine with your bombs, and winning shouldn't be a problem.Acid Man is the best boss fight in the game.
He has a bubble of dangerous liquid around him that can be knocked off with a few buster shots. Once he's naked, deal as much damage as you can with bombs and tundra tornados. His power gear makes him go Super Saiyan, darting around the screen. He'll jump under the stage and transform into an acid dragon, which you can jump over with precise timing. Use your speed gear to poke him when he's free of the acid and you've got yourself a win.Fuse Man- This was one of the two stages available to play at E3, and I have a lot of practice dying on it. Without robot powers, it's nearly impossible to complete. With a full arsenal at your disposal, it's a much easier ride.
This level takes patience; you'll have to slow down time a lot to avoid the electric beams of danger. Certain parts require waiting behind barriers for the electricity to move on so you don't get zapped. The mini boss can also be super annoying, since his hitbox is tiny and he loves to move around.
Just remember, speed gear and bombs will give you a dead spinning monster.Defeating Fuse Man requires a lot of slowing down time. He will bounce around the stage, shooting electric balls from in the air. Using your powered-up bombs and tundra power should get him down to half health, where he'll dash around in the blink of an eye. When he slams down on the floor of a stage, use your speed gear to deal as much damage as possible before he disappears. Be warned, VM is the fastest boss in the game and might take a few tries to defeat.
At least he did for me.Block Man- If you want, you could do this level earlier. There's nothing too complicated about it, just destroy blocks and keep moving.
The unicycle baddie can be a bit of a bother, but slowing down time and hitting his weak spot will mean curtains for the bot. The platforming can also be a bit tricky; you'll have to slow down time to jump on falling blocks and move past the later parts of the stage. The boss fight isn't too challenging, Little Block Man drops four slabs of rock from the ceiling until you get him to half health. Then he transforms into the Yellow Devil, who made his debut appearance in the first Mega Man game. Shoot him in the eye and avoid the blocks until little Blocky comes out to play.
Boosted Block Man shoots squares of concrete your way; Volt Man's ability comes in super handy here. Once you blast enough electricity through his veins, the fight will be over.Bounce Man- The bouncy balloons are the worst thing about Mega Man 11.
Trying to reach a bounce higher can prove to be a challenge, especially if your reflexes aren't up to speed. The bouncing doesn't really work right and all you do is miss certain jumps because of poorly placed enemies. You'll either make it out a victor, or give up trying. The Bounce Man fight is simple: slap him with bombs until he popsTactics for taking down Dr. Wily coming soon!
