This trophy was a lot easier to earn than I expected.First thing first is the Arcade Daily Leaderboard is the daily board. To do this you'll need to unlock the main arcade board (By beating something like 500,000 on the starter board), and then on the main arcade board earn 1.2 million which is hard. Focus on keeping frenzy, and completing as many levels as perfect.Once you have that you should have a decent set of skills, which you'll want to use on the Arcade Daily Grid.
Play on that and at the end your score will be added to the leaderboard.Now there's two things to know about.First, You get this the minute your score is added. So if you beat the 10th place score, you'll earn this at the end of your LAST game. I'm not sure if it even polls the daily leaderboard at that time.Second and more important, know when the leaderboard updates. It wipes the score and shows you a new level at some point in the day ( I believe it's around midnight on the east coast). If you're not great at the game you'll want to run the level quickly then and the trophy will unlock. If you play the game right before the roll over, you'll be competing against every player anywhere who's played the game that day.
After the roll over, no one should even be on the leaderboard.I was able to get it 5 hours after roll over, with a decent score (800,000) By the time you're even on the Arcade Daily Leaderboard you should know how to play the game, then again so should everyone else. Just focus on turning in a good but not perfect time, and it's quite achievable.
