You will need the linen cloth from Tiriso. After you get this item, immediately go to the left and interact with the fountain just outside the tower in Albero. Speak to the large statue to the far right of this frozen tundra for it to bless it for you. This item will grant you the ability to speak with corpses.

To get this item, you will have to purchase the Key to the Chamber of the Eldest Brother from the merchant in Mercy Dreams for 400 ToA. The key can be used in the rightmost room of the Brotherhood of the Silent Sorrow. Inside, you will get this relic. This relic will grant you the ability to see otherwise invisible platforms.

This relic can be found in Grievance Ascends. As you progress through Grievance Ascends, you'll go through rooms where the doors lock and you have to clear 2 waves of enemies before they open. After the second of these rooms, go up to the top. Follow this path for this relic. This relic makes you immune to toxic clouds.
Three Gnarled Tongues
This will be given to you when you bring the deformed egg to the fountain in Albero. Refer to the Altasgracias' Side Quest to obtain this relic as there are a lot of steps. This relic will grow roots out of certain platforms that you can climb up and stand on to reach new areas.
Nail Uprooted from Dirt
This relic will be your reward for completing the Redento Side Quest. It will allow you to walk through mud and water without slowing down.
Linen of Golden Thread
This relic will be given to you by interacting with the painting to the left of the prie dieu in The Sleeping Canvases before the boss room. It will allow you to descend into bottomless pits.
Incorrupt Hand of the Fraternal Master
This relic is given to you by completing the Blessed Lord of Salty Shores Side Quest. It requires bringing the Severed Hand to the fountain in Albero. It will signal the location of secrets.
